A recent study from the University of Canberra was able to prove that doing moderate exercise several times a week helped to keep the mind sharp for the over 50’s.

The study showed how cardiovascular exercise was shown to improve cognitive abilities such as reasoning, thinking and learning while strength training helped to improve memory.
Even for those who had already suffered some cognitive decline, regular exercise helped to create improvements.
