Exercise also produces endorphins, another feel-good hormone that boosts your mood and reduces pain. 
• Sensory and/or physical needs - young children move a lot, and this movement is what builds their physical literacy. Experimenting and watching others move is what promotes the acquisition of a ‘vocabulary’ of movements for children.
