CONTACT USThe NHS Live Well initiative, using outdoor gym equipment is listed as an excellent way to integrate more physical activity into your day. Outdoor gyms, also sometimes known as trim trails, fitness trails or activity trails, are made up of simple but high quality pieces of exercise equipment, such as parallel bars, sit up benches, chin up bars, outdoor cross trainers, outdoor exercise bikes and more. At Fresh Air Fitness we offer a choice of over 50 different pieces of equipment including a children’s range and a selection which is suitable for wheelchair users.
Regular physical exercise brings with it a huge swathe of benefits, including supporting physical and mental health. Free outdoor gym equipment combines the health benefits of fresh air and natural daylight with a broad cross section of challenging and fun exercises used to tone, improve stamina and provide cardio and strength training.
Our equipment allows every user to do many different exercises including pull ups, sit-ups, chest press, leg press, cross training and more, which covers all four types of exercise: endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility. We also created over 50 pre-recorded videos demonstrating how to get the best workout from each piece of equipment whether you are at a beginner, intermediate or advanced level.
