Detailed below are the measures we use to ensure all our products are safe, robust and durable.
All of our equipment is specifically labelled to ensure that users are safe while getting the greatest benefit through our suggested workouts. Equipment labels have also been designed to help the visually impaired.
All outdoor gyms are required, by law, to have a facilities sign . We provide one free with all supply & installation orders.
Our entire range conforms to UK safety standards (EN1176 & EN16630).
There are no finger entrapments, bumps or crush points on any of our equipment.
Simple labelling allows anybody to use our equipment without consulting a professional and without the need for an instructor.
Resistance is provided by the users body weight, meaning that users will always work within their own limits, whether they are beginners or advanced users.
Although most of our fitness equipment is for teenagers at both secondary schools and higher education as well as older people, we know that younger children will be inquisitive and therefore all outdoor gym equipment is safe for all ages.
Following the preparation of the raw materials, every gym piece is hand assembled. This allows our engineers to build each unit to the highest standard.
Once built, our equipment is subject to a six step quality control process, and an external quality control check.
When we launch new equipment, as well as safety approval, all units are tested to 300,000 user cycles.
Our equipment is built to last. Ready to withstand whatever users might throw at it and ready to endure whatever the elements may throw at it.
