Here it is! A simple 15 minute HIIT workout that'll get your whole body moving; toning, strengthening and burning calories.
Next week, give it a go again and see if you can increase the number of sets within the same time. When you feel stronger, move up to the next level, or continue trying to increase the number sets within the set time.
