The Elliptical Cross Trainer primarily works the muscle groups in your arms, legs, and glutes but also works other muscles in your core, shoulders and back. It allows users to set their own pace and choose a forward or backward motion to target different muscle groups.
Using this piece of outdoor gym equipment shouldn’t be underestimated- the average calories burnt on an elliptical cross trainer is between 340 to 640 calories per hour depending on intensity! The faster you go, the more you’ll burn!

Not only is maintaining good coordination and balance is essential in improving your fitness ability, it will also help with your cognitive ability to think and process information.
Regular exercise has been proven to lift your mood as it boosts your body’s natural level of endorphins, and exercising can also help to reduce any anxiety and stress you’re holding onto, provide you with a better night’s sleep, sharpen your memory, and improve your confidence and self-esteem.
