Download and give it a go here: 15 minute calorie burning Cardio HIIT workout. It'll give you a fanstatic cardio workout to really strengthen your heart while buildling strength and tone in your muscles.
Next week, give it a go again and see if you can increase the number of sets within the same time. When you feel stronger, move up to the next level, or continue trying to increase the number sets within the set time.
